📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, assisting with treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and treatment plans.
• Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records using EHR systems.
• Assist in the preparation and administration of medications, ensuring accuracy and safety.
• Support patients with personal care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance.
• Promote a safe and comfortable environment for patients and residents.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and protocols.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in Bali.
• Valid nursing license and certification from a recognized regulatory body.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with EHR systems and patient monitoring devices is a plus.
