📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement scalable financial systems from scratch using tools like QuickBooks, Xero, or similar software.
• Manage and analyze financial data to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, and optimize cash flow management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business goals.
• Provide financial leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Stay updated with the latest financial trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with a strong background in building and managing financial systems.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead teams.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
