📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the sales process by identifying potential customers and presenting our services effectively.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our logistics and transportation services.
• Manage and maintain customer records using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets and drive business growth.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer service and sales marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and sales marketing.
• Proven track record in sales and customer service roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
