📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and expand the dealer network, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with dealers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide training and support to dealers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales and client relations team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, client relations, or a similar role in the telecommunications or IT industry.
• Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with the telecommunications or IT industry is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
