📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using AutoCAD and Revit software
• Collaborate with interior designers and engineers to ensure seamless integration of architectural and design elements
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that construction projects are on track and meet design specifications
• Prepare and submit construction documents, including blueprints, specifications, and schedules
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and accessibility standards
• Present design concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in F&B design
• Mentor and assist junior team members in completing their tasks and projects

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• 1-3 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in the F&B industry
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and accessibility standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Creative and innovative thinking with a strong attention to detail
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
