• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory management, sales tracking, and staff scheduling.
• Lead and mentor the frontline team, providing guidance on customer service, sales techniques, and store policies.
• Drive exceptional customer experiences by ensuring prompt and friendly service, resolving customer complaints, and handling returns and exchanges.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, address concerns, and implement improvement strategies.
• Monitor store performance metrics, such as sales targets, customer satisfaction scores, and inventory turnover, and report findings to the Store Manager.
• Assist in training new hires and conducting performance evaluations for the frontline team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote in-store events, sales, and special offers to drive customer engagement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail leadership role, preferably in a similar retail environment.
