📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the fleet of delivery vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and available for scheduled deliveries.
• Monitor and track vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with drivers and dispatchers to ensure that deliveries are completed on schedule and with the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Utilize fleet management software such as Fleet Complete or Geotab to track and manage vehicle locations, routes, and performance.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to identify and implement improvements in fleet operations and delivery routes.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to fleet operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to drivers and other stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet operations, logistics, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management software such as Fleet Complete, Geotab, or similar.
• Proven experience in managing and optimizing fleet operations, including vehicle scheduling, route planning, and maintenance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with drivers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
