📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for enterprise applications.
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing using tools like JIRA, Selenium, and Postman.
- Document test results and report defects using JIRA and Confluence.
- Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve issues, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Stay updated with the latest QA methodologies and industry trends.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of automated test scripts.
- Provide support to the QA team in achieving project milestones and deadlines.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in software testing or QA, preferably in enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of QA methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Proficiency in testing tools such as JIRA, Selenium, and Postman.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
