📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Job Description:
1. Translate documents, reports, and other materials between Mandarin and Indonesian.
2. Proofread and edit translations to ensure accuracy and clarity.
3. Work closely with our team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality translations.
4. Stay updated with industry-specific terminology and trends.
5. Meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Provide suggestions for process improvements to enhance translation quality and efficiency.
7. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Qualifications:
1. Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
2. Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
3. Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred but not required).
4. 2+ years of experience in translation, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
5. Strong understanding of cultural nuances in both Chinese and Indonesian contexts.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Proficient in using translation software and tools.
