📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and motivate a team of store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available to meet customer demand.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase store visibility and sales.,Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to management for decision-making.,Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
