📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Manage key client accounts and build strong relationships with customers.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to improve team performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong understanding of CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
