Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the semiconductor manufacturing facility, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, quality, and safety.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Oversee maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance, to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.,Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, maintenance, and quality assurance, to achieve operational goals.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing operations, with a strong background in process control and optimization.,Proven track record of leading and managing operations in a high-tech manufacturing environment.,In-depth knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, equipment, and tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in semiconductor manufacturing.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
