Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee health and well-being.,Drive innovation within business operations to improve efficiency and productivity.,Lead and mentor a team of health and innovation specialists.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a supportive and innovative work environment.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of health and innovation initiatives.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in corporate health and business innovation.,Represent AIA at industry events and conferences to promote our commitment to health and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate health and business innovation, with at least 5 years in a management role.,Proven track record of successfully implementing health and innovation initiatives.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with international health and safety standards and regulations.
