📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of clinical research studies, including protocol development, site initiation, and study monitoring.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinical research teams, investigators, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth study progression.,Monitor study progress, data collection, and quality assurance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.,Conduct data analysis and prepare reports for regulatory submissions and internal review.,Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and other relevant regulations.,Provide guidance and support to junior staff members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.,Participate in study-related meetings and conferences, representing the hospital and contributing to professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Nursing, Medicine, Public Health, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical research coordination or a similar role.,Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and other relevant regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.,Proficient in data management, analysis, and reporting tools, such as Excel, SPSS, or SAS.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.,Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
