Crystal Leaf Cemerlang is seeking a skilled and passionate Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development initiatives that enhance employee performance and contribute to the overall success of our organization. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and manage learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and manuals.,Assess employee training needs and design customized learning solutions.,Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with business objectives.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Manage and mentor junior learning and development professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant training tools.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is a must.
