📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental hiring needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality talent pool.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications and fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with company culture.,Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee onboarding programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
