In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and supporting the team in achieving company goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Oversee inventory management and procurement processes.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.,Monitor and maintain equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.,Provide support to the team in achieving operational targets and KPIs.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.,Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports for operational activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or related roles.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and procurement processes is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and local business practices is preferred.
