📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate medical procedures, diagnoses, and patient information into standardized codes using ICD-10 and CPT.
• Review and edit medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance with coding guidelines.
• Process and submit claims to insurance companies and government programs.
• Analyze and resolve coding discrepancies and billing errors.
• Stay updated with the latest coding guidelines, regulations, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with medical staff, billing staff, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely reimbursements.
• Provide training and support to junior staff on coding and billing procedures.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the coding and billing process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Medical Billing, or a related field.
• Certification in Medical Coding (e.g., CPC, CCS, or RCMA) is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical coding and billing.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
• Proficiency in using medical coding software such as Epic, Cerner, or similar.
