📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and coordinate banquet events from conception to completion, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction.,Manage a team of banquet staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure smooth event execution.,Oversee event logistics, including venue setup, equipment, and vendor coordination.,Develop and implement event marketing strategies to attract and engage guests.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and event policies.,Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of event services.,Maintain accurate records of event activities and guest interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in banquet event management, preferably in a leadership role.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of banquet staff.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using event management software and tools.,Knowledge of local regulations and industry best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
