Every day, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular stock audits, and ensuring timely replenishment of stock to meet demand. You will also analyze cost data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures. With your expertise, you will contribute to our financial reporting processes, providing accurate and timely financial information to support decision-making.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee inventory management processes, including stock taking, ordering, and replenishment.
• Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Develop and maintain accurate financial reports and dashboards.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in inventory control and cost management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Provide training and support to staff on inventory management and cost control practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management and cost control.
• Proven experience with SAP and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in inventory management or cost control is a plus.
• Familiarity with Indonesian tax and accounting regulations.
