📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze production data using SAP and MS Excel to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement.
• Monitor performance metrics and track progress towards KPIs.
• Conduct root cause analysis and propose solutions to address quality and productivity issues.
• Support lean manufacturing initiatives and Kaizen events.
• Train and mentor junior staff on best practices and new technologies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in industrial engineering.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a strong background in lean manufacturing.
• Proficient in using SAP and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality control methods.
