📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting thorough risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential safety hazards.
• Developing and implementing comprehensive safety programs and protocols.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of safety measures and making recommendations for improvements.
• Providing training and guidance to employees on safety procedures and best practices.
• Investigating accidents and incidents to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Collaborating with management to develop and maintain a strong safety culture within the organization.
• Utilizing safety management software such as SAP and Microsoft Office to track and manage safety data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety, Occupational Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in health and safety engineering, with a focus on the mining, resources, and energy sectors.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or a similar relevant certification.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including OSHA, ISO 45001, and other industry-specific guidelines.
• Proven experience in risk assessment and hazard analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with safety management software such as SAP and Microsoft Office is a plus.
