📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on 33kV electrical systems, including transformers, switchgear, and associated equipment.
• Conduct testing and diagnostics to identify and resolve electrical issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, including those set by the Indonesian Electrical Safety Authority (Badan Pengatur Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral - BPSDM).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to schedule maintenance activities and manage work orders.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff and contractors.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and system performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and reliability of electrical systems.
• Work closely with the electrical engineering team to implement new technologies and improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, with a focus on 33kV systems.
• Certification as a BO Chargeman (33kV) from a recognized institution.
• Proven experience with electrical testing and diagnostics using tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power quality analyzers.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety regulations and standards in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
