📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract, recruit, and retain top talent.,Build and enhance the employer brand through various channels, including social media, career sites, and employee advocacy.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.,Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.,Measure and report on key recruitment metrics to continuously improve the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,8+ years of experience in talent acquisition and employer branding, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and market is a plus.
