Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and relationship building.
• Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the outsourcing or BPO industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
