📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Provide information about the hotel's amenities, facilities, and services.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Check guests in and out, and ensure their rooms are prepared according to their preferences.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with special events and meetings, if required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Basic computer skills, including email and word processing.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
