📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure,Provide technical support to employees and ensure smooth operation of IT systems,Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise,Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware,Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and followed,Coordinate with other IT departments to ensure seamless integration of systems,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies,Provide training and support to new IT staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases,Familiarity with IT security best practices and procedures,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Certifications in IT-related fields are a plus
