Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company growth targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in Timor Leste.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales and business development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the Timor Leste market.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the Timor Leste market, including cultural, economic, and regulatory factors.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetum (preferred but not mandatory).,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently to Timor Leste.
