📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and budgeting,Ensure that all food and beverage products are prepared and served to the highest standards,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, in compliance with health and safety regulations,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and make recommendations for improvement,Ensure that all staff are trained and motivated to deliver exceptional service

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry,Proven track record of success in a similar position,Strong leadership and communication skills,Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
