📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the team to ensure high standards of customer service and product quality.,Oversee daily operations, including production, inventory, and staff scheduling.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment.,Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure consistent product quality.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Coordinate with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the food service industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food safety and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Certifications in food safety and quality control are a plus.
