📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Manage a team of logistics coordinators and ensure they are trained and motivated to deliver high-quality service.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.,Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.,Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and implement best practices in logistics management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing logistics operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems, such as ERP, WMS, and TMS.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and industry standards.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
