Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to perform their roles effectively.,Develop and implement data analysis strategies to support business objectives and improve decision-making processes.,Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business growth and innovation.,Ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of data by implementing robust data validation and quality control processes.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data analysis requirements.,Create and maintain comprehensive data reports and dashboards to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.,Stay up-to-date with emerging data analysis trends, tools, and technologies, and implement them as appropriate.,Provide data-driven recommendations to senior management to support strategic planning and decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record in leading data analysis teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate insights effectively.,Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies, including SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.,Experience in developing and implementing data analysis strategies and best practices.,Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and develop a team of data analysts.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
