📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the highest standards.,Manage and mentor a team of banquet staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they deliver exceptional service.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of the banquet event are covered, including catering, decorations, and entertainment.,Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.,Maintain accurate records of banquet events, including customer feedback and event details.,Assist in the development and implementation of banquet event policies and procedures.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet event management or a related field.,Proven experience in managing a team of banquet staff.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian culture and customs is a plus.
