This is a full-time position based in Lubuklinggau, Sumatera Selatan. The salary range for this role is Rp 11.000.000 – Rp 13.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the company's mission and vision.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the company's growth and success.
  • Lead and manage the company's team, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing at their best.
  • Monitor and analyze the company's financial performance, ensuring that we are meeting our financial goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Ensure that the company is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, as needed.
  • Continuously seek out opportunities to improve the company's processes and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and achieving financial objectives.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing and leading teams, with a focus on developing and empowering employees.
  • Familiarity with financial management and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
