📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the logistics department,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs,Manage a team of logistics professionals and ensure they are performing at their best,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders,Represent the company at industry events and conferences,Develop and implement training programs for logistics staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management,Proven track record of successfully managing logistics operations,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong leadership and team management skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluency in English and Indonesian
