📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of commercial buildings, ensuring they meet all regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans for each property.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify any potential issues or hazards.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and effective completion of maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with property managers to address tenant concerns and ensure a safe and functional environment.
• Monitor and maintain building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including building codes and safety protocols.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on the status of maintenance activities and any ongoing issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building maintenance and upkeep.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Valid professional certification or license in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Experience working in a commercial property maintenance setting is a plus.
