📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report findings to management.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of performance.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warehouse activities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics management role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).
